Incredible Commercial Investment Opportunity in Arizona!

We want to tell you about a truly outstanding commercial investment opportunity. Listed for sale is a mid-size garden-style office building at less than $160/square foot. While attractive as a long-term rental, currently over 90% leased, we believe it is an excellent candidate for conversion to specialty office condominiums.
A report last year by a national commercial real estate firm called Phoenix "the office condo capitol of the nation." And a survey of Phoenix commercial brokers concluded that the area is "ground zero for office condos, driven by strong job growth and population gains."
Preliminary projections on this project show an internal rate of return of over 80% per annum, and an initial investment of approximately $3 million recovered in less than twelve months. These are truly remarkable numbers – an exceptional opportunity for an investor or small group of investors.
If you are interested in this outstanding opportunity, please contact me at dabombplanetllc@yahoo.com and I can get you the details.

Society is going back to caveman days

I just saw this ad about a daughter talking to her mom about her cell phone, but using acronyms as a shortcut to completing an actual sentence. Example: See you later is now S-Y-L. It occured to me that we are going back to the days of the caveman, when we can't muster up enough energy to speak an entire sentence. We always look for shortcuts to save time or effort. People die when we look for shortcuts in our equipment and daily lives. Recalls on cars and toys, Military equipment, wrong medicine perscriptions or improper dosages. Any of this ring a bell with you? How many people die, determines whether something is recalled or not, it's actually a formula relating to planned obsolescence. So now with text messaging and incomplete sentences, we are diving deep down into our own obsolescence. Funny, Technology is supposed to make us smarter, when in fact, many of us are getting CAVEMAN Dumber. Have a good weekend

VTech Blame Game

How come after every tragic incident that happens in this country, we start looking to blame something as to how someone could act like this. All the evidence I've seen suggests he was plain just psycho and needed help, but it seems everyone let him slip through the cracks. Perhaps something happened to him as a child that so shook him into oblivion that he didn't feel like being a part of society. Stop blaming the gun industry, the video game industry, the movie industry and so on. If we TRY to ban guns, then the only people that will have them are the Criminals. Murder is illegal, but it still happens even without guns. I play your violent shoot em up video games and watch R rated movies, but I don't feel the need to massacre everyone. It's about self discipline and parenting. Parents need to be there to balance what children experience. My kids will watch an action movie or play a video game, but I am there to say "That's not what really happens" or it's "NOT OK" to act like "they" do in the movie. I make a point to show them the extras that show how it was made. People also blame the police for not acting in time. They in fact were investigating the original shooting and this took them by surprise-not to mention he chain locked the doors from the inside. If you see the signs, get help for that person. Since we have become such a litigous society, people are afraid to get into someone else's life, and we end up with a tragedy like this one. People also take so many drugs these days and their bodies get in a vicious cycle. They need drugs to solve the problems the other drug creates. They don't know what reality is anymore. Get a grip and stop blaming someone else. This is our own fault as a society.

Stop using the "N" word...Please!

Stop using the 'N' word already. Black people are slapping Martin Luther King's face in the grave when they use this derogatory term to identify each other. It took a lot of work to get white people to stop saying it, and Dr. King had a lot to do with that. He also helped establish "some" black people as upstanding members of the community, those that had the discipline to try harder to earn respect rather than expect it. But when people call each other "ghetto N's", as some affectionately call each other in public, music, movies, videos..., they are really showing a lack of not only self respect, but disrespect for all others. How do I tell my kids, upon hearing this slander, that it's not ok to say this, even though they hear people of the same race calling each other this through the city blocks. People may think it's cool, but cool will get you a quick trip to the unemployment line, when using stupid and un-educated language such as this in the workplace and schools. Our society is headed to third world status when kids know more about "ghetto N's" than how to spell or do simple math. The good kids want to be cool and they think that imitating this ridiculous behavior will help. In fact, it just brings down the entire system. So stop with the "N" word already.
